Shipping policy

At Cloudfitt, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy below:

1. Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Standard delivery time is 4–7 business days within India, depending on your location.

Remote or special zones may take a little longer.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 may apply.

Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an extra service fee.

4. Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

You can track your order status anytime using that link.

5. Delays & Exceptions

Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, courier partner issues, or government restrictions.

Cloudfitt is not responsible for delays once the package is handed over to the courier partner, but we will assist you in tracking & resolving issues.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.

International shipping will be introduced soon – stay tuned.
